We're offering virtual QIGONG, TAICHI sessions for all of us who are staying home to minimize the spread of Covid-19. QIGONG, TAICHI is a wonderful practice that can support us during these challenging times. We are here to support each other. Therefore, we make this disclaimer very clearly. The practice of QIGONG, TAICHI is about developing our awareness and among other principles, the practice of QIGONG/TAICHI - Non-Violence. DISCLAIMER: By joining in a GO QIGONG/TAICHI in Daily Life online classes you agree to the following terms: We provide a nurturing and safe practice with general guidelines for the practice, taking care & our program is thoughtfully planned, but no responsibility will be taken for any injuries you may incur during live on-line session practice or in any subsequent use by yourself or others of pre- recorded or on demand videos and material, available to you through GO QIGONG /TAICHI. Consult your doctor if you have any preexisting medical conditions and check if this practice is suitable for you. It is essential that you retain full responsibility for your own physical and general well being in applying instructions in this guided program to your own circumstances. The golden rule is 'if it doesn't feel right then don't do it'. We encourage you to stop when you need to. Feel free to ask for assistance after the class. We are here to help you get the most from your practice and more than happy to offer adjustments or alternatives. GO QIGONG/TAICHI  will not accept liability for any injury or otherwise from your participation in this program. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If you experience any pain or discomfort you agree to listen to your body, adjust the posture or stop all together. You affirm that you alone are responsible to decide whether to practice QIGONG/TAICHI.
